The Belles of the Balls!
June 8th-9th, 2024
The Belles are back in town! Join us as we hit the courts and dodge for a good cause–our donations this year will be supporting the Downtown Women’s Center. The DWC provides permanent supportive housing and a safe and healthy community fostering dignity, respect, and personal stability, and advocates ending homelessness for women.
We will be hosting a random draw, 7 inch foam tourney on Saturday. Enter and play with new friends, strangers and rivals.
Then Sunday it’s bring your own teams for No-sting! All games on Sunday will be played with no-sting balls with 6 ladies on the court (rosters up to 8).
This tournament is open to women only (sorry, guys!), but everyone is welcome to hang out and cheer on these rockstar ladies!

Tournament Details
Saturday: Random Draw Foam
Sunday: No-Sting Bring Your Own Team
- Games will be played with WDBF rules for foam and WDS rules for no-sting.
- Players not adhering to the agreed upon sportsmanship policy will be carded and asked to leave, with no refunds.
- Peer-reffing will be utilized throughout the tournament.
- Team themes, colors or team shirts are encouraged and welcomed!
Location
We are excited to be hosting this year’s event at Terasaki Budokan. Terasaki Budokan is a nonprofit community project of @LTSC.CDC. This multi purpose sports and activities center located in Little Tokyo, Downtown LA
It’s For Charity!
There is a great need of sanitary napkins/ adult diapers (unopened boxes please!). Imagine not being able to afford THAT. All full-sized unopened feminine hygiene donations will get you a raffle ticket to win one of our many great prizes!
